Going All In...
With Our Featured Guest This Week, Roland Stanley!

Welcome back friends and fam. It’s another week of the Meat Platter and we are just razzed to have you here. While the world may be a dumpster fire, we’re here to bring a little humor, sarcasm maybe, even some tips and tricks for cooking or grilling or just helpful stuff we like to know, to your morning before things go absolutely sideways.
After Georgia’s win last week, we are feeling pretty high on our horse as we head into another football filled weekend.
We hope you’ll take those tendy tips we shared last week and show off to your friends while you tailgate on Saturday- from home or IRL (just tryin’ to stay relevant over here…is it working?).
If you don’t know what we’re talkin’ ‘bout, head back to our previous newsletter. You can do that by clicking on top right corner of this message where it says “read online”. Catch up with us there. That would be real cool of you.
Speaking of food we like eating— what a transition— we’ve got a friend of ours and a serial entrepreneur featured as our guest this week.
We introduce you to our buddy, Roland Stanley. Roland is the definition of a “people person”. He’s easy to talk to, always eager to lend a helping hand, and has more energy than we have in our pinky finger.
The day we interviewed Roland, it was really something to watch him and all he has his hands in. Answering the phone at The Stag, figuring out how to light a grill over at Grubs to prepare dinner items for customers, slinging pizzas behind the counter at Peyton’s Pie Co., or helping his staff get ready for their night shift- Roland is one thing and that is present. The guy does it all, and doesn’t break a sweat while he carries the load.
If yall don’t know our friend, this video is a great way to learn to admire him the same way we do. We may not know when he sleeps, but we are thankful he made the time to sit down and chat with us.
We hope yall enjoyed getting to know Roland as much as we enjoyed telling his story. The best way to support him (and us) is to visit one of his many spots around Gainesville and Hall Co and it would mean so much to us if you told him we sent yall.

Did we use this while we were having a photoshoot this weekend? AB-SO-FREAKING-LUTELY.
We see you guys enjoying that October playlist over on Spotify. If you wanna be a real team player, you’ll share it with your friends. Can’t blame you though if you want to keep it all to yourself.
Thanks again for being here.
